unzip the file. open up «cd-rom windows nt/2000/xp program files 3rd party sony gps device drivers office 2003 windows media player 12 gps_developer.exe» to the file «sony_nav_u_windows_usb_driver_instrumentation.zip. unzip this one as well.

one more question, i have a p4c800 with win7. it has an option for audio stereo mix i have already change the sound to ac3 (bitrate 12) it sounds way better than the system default dolby digital 5.1. but i got 2 speakers. (rear speaker) is located at right side, (left speaker) is located at left side. since the driver is not problem. left speaker doesn`t seem to get any level. i`m sure i did everything right. but does anyone know what is the problem?

to install the driver:

install the «drv_vct32.pud» file to a folder with a.zip extension (for example, press windows + x and select folder options. then navigate to «program files/greenmank/drivers» and select the folder where you just downloaded the file). after you run the installer, you should see the «sony vct3212tu123» application on your list of running applications.
run the sony vct3212tu123 application. the dialog shown below should appear.
check «connect» and wait for the application to finish its own installation.
wait until the icon is yellow (orange if you have an easy enough device) and you may now see the sony nav u install its drivers.
select the driver tab in the sony nav u driver control centre to proceed to the next step.
select «usb driver» from the list to proceed to the next step.
click «next» to proceed.
enter the «administrator name» (if the device connects to the computer with «mass storage» configuration) and «administrator password» if prompted.
click «ok» and wait until the installation is finished. when it finishes, you should see a notification in the system tray.
click the notification and select «leave» to remove the sony nav u driver control centre.

To install the Intel GMA 500 driver version 5.0.0.2026 (in intel site), you must unzip the file and update the graphics driver, making the windows search the unziped folder. It seems that the intel gma 500 driver 5.0.0.2026 is newer than driver version 8.14.10.2024 avaiable in the sony site, but I did install the intel driver and lost the option of resolution of 1280600 (thats nice feature, 1600768 is damn small and hard to see!). Does anyone know how to solve this problem, how to put the latest intel driver with the resolution of 1280600 Does make any difference change the driver I must simply maintain the driver version 08.14.10.2024

Ive got a UK P11Z and my WWAN is not working properly I just keep getting the Operation Timed Out when I click on connect even with the correct APN settings, this happens on T-Mobile and 3 so I assume its a problem with the software, it all worked fine under Vista. I downloaded the drivers from the option web site Ive removed and re-installed the drivers and its still the same.
