Dungeon Gambit Boy a.k.a. OBX is a big and tall (15 inches high) turn based game where you will need to solve simple math and logic puzzles to progress through the game.
OBX takes place in the world of Mandibox and was inspired by old arcade games from the 90s.
This game is built from the ground up and was developed by me and my old play school pal through the years.
Dungeon Gambit Boy is a safe game, this means that there are no hearts, slashes or bullets or a touch screen and was never tested on animals.

You play as a small robot that must find his way in the world using his cube to collect items and solve puzzles. Collect coins to use in the store that increases the size of the game world.

The game is casual in nature, but has an entertaining set of gameplay mechanics.
It can be best summed up in 2 words.
Passionate and Fun
Here is some of the sub game modes:
One of the main mechanics of the game is the ability to change-up your play style.
Choose from the default «chicken style» or the more aggressive «egg style.»
There are also some specific platforms that can be «shot» to do different things.
The farther up you go, the more things you can shoot.
Also there is a «bounce mechanic» which gives the game another layer of strategy as you throw your way through an obstacle field.
When you throw from one side to the other, you can choose if you want to move forward or to turn around.
Lastly there is the «parachute mechanic» which allows you to pause the game at any time and launch yourself directly to any level.
There are many different obstacles in the game:
If you throw from a wall to a wall that is not floor height, you get a temporary boost.
If you throw from a wall to the floor, you fall but can quickly get back up.
If you throw from a platform to another platform, you «splat» and bounce back up.
If you throw from a platform to the ground, you launch into the air and into a bounce!
The game can go on indefinitely.
My only complaints are that the game isn’t representative of platforming for the XBOX One.
The game is 3-D, yet has the 2-D visuals and slick background.
The results are not as slick as a game that utilizes the power of the XBOX One.
The environments could be better:
You only use the «cheese grater» on the last level of the game (I believe?) but it isn’t really represented.
The game does give other power weapons to use, but they are not made to feel like the cheese grater.
The game in not made for speedrunners.
They have made an effort to make the game more casual, but not nearly enough.
The game can be very frustrating and less competitive.
The game can be very sloppy at times.
For example when you press to jump, you actually press, do a little hop, and then jump.
This can sometimes be frustrating.
The game doesn’t feel very stable on start-up.

1. INTRODUCTION {#jci63392-sec-0001}
===============Cardiac positron emission tomography (PET) imaging has been widely used in clinical practice, even though its role in evaluating heart transplant rejection is not well established. PET is a positron‐based radiotracer imaging technique that has excellent sensitivity for the detection of biochemical, biochemical, or pathologic processes.[1](#jci63392-bib-0001){ref-type=»ref»} In heart transplant recipients, the presence of myocardial inflammation can be determined by infectious, inflammatory, autoimmune, and necrotizing diseases of the graft. In this setting, the nonspecific uptake of the radiotracers FDG and F18‐flurodeoxyglucose (F18‐FDG) remains a major challenge for the evaluation of graft rejection.
FDG‐PET imaging was used to evaluate the regression of rejection after heart transplant in two studies. Nakagawa et al reported a new segmental FDG‐PET abnormality to indicate no‐rejection status after heart transplantation in 69% of heart recipients. The lesions were confirmed by biopsy and had a positive predictive value of 0.90.[2](#jci63392-bib-0002){ref-type=»ref»} Narayan et al reported that FDG‐PET could differentiate grades of rejection (grades A, B, and C) and that the response to treatment in both cyclosporine and antithymocyte globulin immunosuppression was seen within 2 months.[3](#jci63392-bib-0003){ref-type=»ref»} Despite these published articles, the role of heart PET in evaluating graft rejection remains controversial.
