Ryouko looks a better alternative to chrome and IE. It runs slightly faster and it can be installed easily in a single click (I don’t know why everyone says “you need to download a different set of files, recompile, etc.”). Ryouko uses less system resources than any of the ones you’ve mentioned, so no problem with speed. Ryouko, in my opinion, is the best open source web browser.
