I agree with 98c i like this series best. But I liked season 2 best. I think the problem with season 2 is the timeline jumps between some events without giving enough time or explanation to the viewer to understand why the timeline changes. I also though if they were going to put non-english actors that they should have put more text to give the readers what was going on or not translate the text to english. Try and fix season 2 to where you dont switch time lines without explaining why each happens.

Having spoken with David Ellis, one of the creators of Psycho-Pass, which I have just been seen the first episode, he has confimed to me that there are at least 8 different Japanese actors who are part of the Psycho-Passseries, including Kiki Sukezane, who plays Simon and also acts as the E Corporation sales manager during the flashbacks.

I have read some amazing scripts, but I have also read a lot of awful scripts. To get an idea of how some of my peers write, I suggest that you read the script for a tv-series you are interested in. Or read a play you like. You may be surprised.
On the other hand, in the second season, artists and writers were unable to find new ways to draw a story that continues the motif of the first season. To some extent the second season is predictable; yet, despite this, the plot is still interesting. For example, the interrogation room scene, the parallel trials, the tension concerning the sub-serial killer, and the use of methodologies. On the other hand, the characterization and psychological elements of the plot are not as interesting as the first season.
The series premiere sets out to introduce the concept of the psycho-pass and explains the technology that it is based on. The officer wearing this device lets us experience his internal monologue and gives him a way to communicate with others. The results of using the psycho-pass is very interesting, but also extremely disturbing. When Takayanagis mind control is fully figured out, the technique is used to round up criminals and criminals. After the incident, the psycho-pass was taken offline.
