We used PMOD software (version 3.9; PMOD Technologies Ltd., Zurich, Switzerland) to compare the regional CBF and SUVr values between AD and CTL. Image parcellation in the PMOD software performed segmentation of brain regions based on the individual 3D-T1WI MRI image data. SUVr and CBF values from [¹¹C]PiB-PET and MRI-ASL were calculated according to the regions of interest (ROIs) determined on the 3D-T1WI. The location of PET and MRI was exactly the same because of simultaneous acquisition on the PET/MRI system. Each regional value was the average of ROIs in the same region. Repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a post hoc paired t test was applied to analyze differences in the values of regional CBF, SUVr, and other clinical data between AD and CTL. P < 0.05 was considered to be significant.

Software; CRYMOBASE-2 enables a rapid and objective assessment of protein crystallization prior to a costly and time-consuming screening process. The user can quickly and easily identify conditions that result in the crystallization of their protein and further analyze X-ray diffraction quality and crystal morphology using the program’s simulated diffraction image and crystal image analysis features. CRYMOBASE-2 is a software distributed in’suite’ of 2 modules that provide the user with a detailed information about the crystallization condition and the crystal appearance. CRYMOBASE-2 is focused on the evaluation of protein and glass crystallization conditions (protocol-based) in a X-ray diffraction facility (Lab::X1c).The software includes the new ‘CRYSCAL-Plus’ module that adds a new analysis of the diffraction condition that can provide information on protein-protein crystal contacts.

pet and mri images were visualized using amide (version 1.0.1) software. the pet images were aligned with the corresponding mri images using rigid body transformation. the regions of interest (rois) were drawn on the mri images and the corresponding suvrs were calculated for the quantitative analysis. the remaining pet images were coregistered with the mri images and the normalised pet images were superimposed on the corresponding mri images using an anatomical atlas as a reference. the anatomical locations of the radiotracers were identified using the co-registered anatomical atlas.
