Every room you explore in the game is ominously eerie. There are no cameras to record you. No one will know you exist. Unless you choose to reveal yourself, nobody will know. Another nightmare of a winter woe again. The snow and cold have gone on and on and it is now spring break at the Rush University Medical Center. The date is 3/17/08. Last year I went to the medical center on March 18th to the Medical Student on call for their spring break. So this year I was on call for them as well. Well this year I am on call I will go there for a week or so and train the student in my care on what I had to do and cover them in case they need me.
Here is the story of one such day. I started this day early and went to work at the Rush teaching hospital. I had to go over the special needs of my «care» patient that would need his care every few hours. This would be a 51 year old white male who had been a police officer for over 30 years. He was now retired and worked part time for the police department at the state penitentiary. He had worked about 3 weeks on and off. He was also on the «chill» pills for the pain.
I would need to take care of his back. His scoliosis was extremely severe from sitting at a desk for over 30 years and he had «developer’s scoliosis» so his spine curve was very bad. He also had back problems that his doctors said he was never going to get rid of. He had nerve damage in his lower back and also had muscle spasms that flared up at the slightest thing, like sneezing, this is called reflex dystrophy. So he had severe numbness in his legs and at times he would not have his penis erect.

Keira Rosen, a pediatrician in New York, said most of her patients with painful feet are not as fortunate as SpongeBob. “I just haven’t seen it outside of a movie scene,” she said.
