Using SRP with Interdependent Forms

I’m building an application where I need to have a set of user forms in order to edit details on one user record.
I’m using basic logic to allow a user to edit more than one of the forms, which is working perfectly.
The issue that I am having is when I receive an edit request from a user, I need to check in the repository if the record is already in the database and then ‘roll back’ if it is present.
The problem that I have is that my data models are set up as follows:
