AutoCAD Crack LT is a desktop version of AutoCAD developed for small business and home desktop computers. AutoCAD LT was originally launched as a standalone application but is now integrated as part of the Autodesk Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Suite.

AutoCAD is available in two software editions: AutoCAD 2017 and AutoCAD LT. Both versions are identical with the exception of the software itself and the operating system. AutoCAD 2017 is for use on computers with Windows 10 or later. AutoCAD LT is for use on computers with Windows 7 or later.
Both AutoCAD 2017 and AutoCAD LT have identical feature sets. If you have AutoCAD LT, you can also use all of the AutoCAD 2017 features without any additional cost. If you have AutoCAD 2017, all the AutoCAD LT features are free.
The biggest difference between the two versions is that AutoCAD 2017 uses a 3D engine to create 3D drawings. AutoCAD LT uses a 2D engine. For users that do not plan to use 3D modeling, AutoCAD LT is the best choice.
NOTE: Some products may have a «hybrid» version that offers both a 2D and 3D CAD engine.
While you can run the same software on both Windows and Mac platforms, both AutoCAD 2017 and AutoCAD LT are optimized for use on Windows. The interfaces are the same for both platforms, but sometimes there are small differences in how the application behaves.
The user interface of the software is largely the same for both AutoCAD 2017 and AutoCAD LT. From the main menu, you can access settings, commands, and shortcuts as well as information about your computer’s hardware and software. The entire user interface is scalable, meaning that it can be resized to suit the size of your monitor.

The AutoCAD 2014 product was released with version 20.0 on April 29, 2013.
In 2010, Micrografx, owner of the AutoCAD brand and software, was acquired by Autodesk.
