hi everyone,

it has been a while. i wanted to make a quick update to fix a few bugs and provide some of the english translation done by my french friend miqyat. please read up on all the changes before proceeding! ( forum thread )

version 1.04.16.5253 of this program has new features (from skidrow) which are not available in all versions of this program. most notably is that, in version 1.5253, the game is made available to customers of gamefreak, so that gamefreak customers can enjoy unlimited play time on sega dreamcast for a low monthly fee. this is the update released for the v1.15.5253 version.

the following information is to be used as a guideline only. this program uses the format for title updates provided by the game, so be wary of differences when comparing that to what this program shows.

the stock code is the format provided by the game, followed by the date of the purchase of the game. for example, the gamefreak version is v1.04.15.5253, purchased on august 3, 2002. the stock code is «w89», so that version is v1.5253.w89.

added chinese (traditional) characters to the configuration. modified the word lists so that you no longer need to rescan using ascii.cfg to make unicode working again. also added an installer fix for making the updater not overwrite your files! ( forum thread )
