first off, this release of home alone 2 is a big one. in fact, theres a ton of special features on this edition. special features include extended cuts of the original post-credits scenes, as well as “home alone 2: lost on the miramax ranch” featurette, home alone 3 featurette, commentary on the final home video edition and the making of the 2002 sequel, «home alone 3”, and more.

john de lancie (voice of the doc) said:. i miss the days of old when a producer would check a script before it even went out to the actors (like the wonderful robert altman, who checked each line. as far as i am concerned, this is the sound of two people in love with every line they write. if you are lucky enough to know someone like this it is the best possible love to be in. it takes character to be so sure of yourself all the time and to not be afraid of the mistakes you make. you dont get this kind of love and confidence from being self-conscious.

i want to be alone and isolated as much as possible. i dont want to live with anyone else unless it was my mother who i live with and she doesnt speak english. i want to hear her speak only japanese. i want to leave my cat here because i dont want any more eyes in the house. this place is horrible for cats because they make a great deal of noise at night

picked up on ebay, this rarely-seen limited edition (3,000) of home alone 2 is a big one. deeply etched titles, the original uk box art, and both the 1988 and 2001 editions of the cover as well as case artwork can be found on this newly-released version of the post-credits scene shot.
