Bloody Roar 2 Shenlongpsv
Ok, so I have the version of Saints Row: The Third PnP up to 2012 and I’ve hit the wall in The City (which, by the way, is way more fun than DLC1). Basically, they’ve introduced new parts of the map that I can’t seem to get into. Has anyone else suffered from this issue? Any advice would be appreciated.

If what you are asking is, «Does everybody have this problem, or is it just me?», then the answer is «Yes.». But that’s ok! It is a real problem that actually plagues a lot of games to a small but noticeable degree. Please remember that this problem is real (in the sense that the annoyance it causes can be serious) even though it may not seem like it when you first notice it. And it does happen with more than one game. For example, one I have noticed is The Secret World.
Games that are too difficult for too long are bad too. The levels in GTA IV were really good. I mean, why else would they be there if not to add to the fun? It’s not like a system was thrown in here and there. There are no bloodless bullets, no cars that can run perfectly away, no point-blank shots, no bazooka launcher, no rocket launcher. It’s just a game about shooting and driving and trying to destroy.
Those things that make a game easier, not only make it enjoyable but allow us to easily overcome our limitations. For example, in Mario there are obstacles and you can’t jump that high so you’ll have to try to jump over the ledge. The same might be said for certain cars in GTA. Otherwise, why would they be there? If you think about it, people will just ignore the difficulties and, maybe, try to make a game a little easier that is only playable for a few hours of time. That might be OK for some games, but others, like The Secret World, there’s a time limit. If you can’t finish the game in a short period of time, the game is too difficult.
So you see, it really IS a problem. It is a problem that harms the games you enjoy. It makes people quit the game they love. It makes people hate a game they adore. So is there a solution? There is!
The answer is that we can’t expect games to make it easy for us. Let’s take the same example, let
