How do I find out what kind of ground I have?

I live in India and I am planning on installing a shower in my bathroom.
I will be installing this so that I don’t have to step over a bathtub. I have a 3.5mm diameter rigid pipe running into my bathroom so I am using that to connect my shower to.
I am unsure if I need a dedicated ground rod to the outside world (12v), or if I can connect to the bathtub via ground wires (14.5v)?
My logic behind this is that if I need to place an outlet in the shower for future use then I don’t want to run wires into the shower wall. I also won’t be connecting a shower in the future so it doesn’t really matter if I am feeding my shower from a dedicated ground or if I can get away with just running 14.5v.
I will be using the shower from 11pm to 7am when the power cuts out.

This isn’t really an answer, but I’m not entirely sure how much you understand about electrical safety and grounding.
For whatever reason, I’m assuming that this is a new build. I say this because:

Your electrical system is grounded via your house’s neutral bar.
Since you didn’t bring up that neutral bar in the question, it’s a reasonable assumption that you’re not aware that that neutral bar is connected to earth ground.
